Money-Back Policy — Service Engagements
1. 1. Scope
This Money-Back Policy applies to prepaid category review engagements sourced via Tieup Nexus where a written order confirms fees in KRW. Informational pricing on the website does not form a contract until confirmed.
2. 2. Eligibility window
Clients may cancel without cause within fourteen (14) days of the deposit invoice date provided work has not materially commenced. Material commencement includes bespoke modelling, scheduled workshops, or data ingestion beyond onboarding checklists.
3. 3. Partial performance
If work partially completes, refunds follow a good-faith allocation covering hours delivered, direct vendor costs, and a nine percent administration fee on the refunded balance unless Korean consumer regulations mandate otherwise.
4. 4. Non-refundable items
Third-party data purchases, travel already booked at client request, and rush surcharges after approval are generally non-refundable once costs are committed.
5. 5. Process
Email studio@tieup-nexus.digital with invoice numbers and reasons. We acknowledge within three business days and propose a resolution within ten business days.
6. 6. Refund method and timing
Approved refunds return to the original payment route within fourteen business days of approval, subject to banking cycles.
7. 7. Korean consumer rights
