General Terms
1. 1. Agreement
These General Terms govern access to tieup-nexus.digital and any engagements you initiate with Tieup Nexus ("we", "us") through forms or email. By using the site you confirm you are authorised to represent your organisation where applicable.
2. 2. Services overview
Tieup Nexus provides trade marketing and category management support, including structured category reviews, planning frameworks, and retailer-facing materials. Deliverables are described in individual statements of work or email confirmations.
3. 3. Client responsibilities
You supply timely data, approvals, and single points of contact. Delays in data availability may shift timelines. You warrant that shared materials do not infringe third-party rights and may be used for the agreed purpose.
4. 4. Intellectual property
We retain rights to pre-existing methodologies, templates, and anonymised benchmarks. Client-specific outputs transfer upon full payment unless otherwise stated. Either party may cite anonymised learnings for thought leadership with consent.
5. 5. Confidentiality
Both parties protect non-public information for thirty-six months using reasonable safeguards. Disclosure required by Korean regulators or courts is permitted with notice when lawful.
6. 6. Warranties and liability
Services rely on information you provide and public sources you approve. We disclaim guarantees of specific commercial outcomes. Liability is limited to fees paid for the affected engagement in the prior six months except where Korean law forbids such caps for intentional misconduct or personal injury.
7. 7. Governing law and disputes
These terms follow the laws of the Republic of Korea. Courts of Pohang-si, Gyeongsangbuk-do have exclusive jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer protections assign another forum. Parties attempt good-faith negotiation before filing claims.
8. 8. Changes and notices
We may update these General Terms with a revised "last updated" date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance for browsing; active engagements follow the terms in force at contract signing. Notices go to studio@tieup-nexus.digital.
